Empower 25 women with the skills and knowledge to start or enhance their own careers, thereby creating job opportunities and fostering entrepreneurship.
Training Objectives:
The primary objectives of the Build a Cakery Training were to:
● Build confidence in participants to start or enhance a bakery business.
● Create immediate job opportunities for local residents.
● Provide access to complementary monthly baking mentorship and recipe resources.
● Impart knowledge on bakery fundamentals, including sourcing and quality control.
● Strengthen participants' financial systems for long-term business success.
● Develop effective marketing and branding strategies.
● Explore product development, pricing, and sourcing.
