Target:
Equip educators from Rechkan High School with practical tools to recognize and address signs of radicalization, fostering a safer school environment. The goal was to enhance their ability to serve as frontline defenders against extremism by providing knowledge of push and pull factors and developing a structured referral system.
Training Objectives:
The primary objectives of the Radicalization Prevention Training for Teachers were to:
● Recognize early behavioral signs of radicalization in students.
● Develop intervention strategies to create supportive classroom environments.
● Implement structured referral systems for managing radicalization cases.
● Deepen understanding of extremism, its root causes, and pathways.
● Promote peaceful conflict resolution through dialogue and understanding.
