Target:
Train teachers from Shahid Zana Boys School in Halabja to recognize signs of radicalization and create a non-violent school environment. The goal is to equip educators with practical tools for early identification of radical behavior and implement referral systems for intervention.
Training Objectives:
The primary objectives of the Educators’ Training on Extremism were to:
● Introduce key concepts of terrorism, violent extremism, and radicalization.
● Help teachers recognize early signs of radicalization among students.
● Identify contributing factors that drive youth toward extremism.
● Familiarize participants with practical referral systems to address cases in schools.
