Target:
Train teachers from Yaketi High School to recognize and address signs of radicalization, understand the factors driving extremism, and establish a referral system for early intervention. The goal is to empower educators with practical strategies for promoting a peaceful school environment and preventing the spread of extremist ideologies.
Training Objectives:
The primary objectives of the Extremism Awareness Training for Educators were to:
● Build understanding of extremism, terrorism, and radicalization, including root causes.
● Identify early warning signs of student behaviors linked to extremism.
● Establish structured referral systems to support at-risk students.
● Provide reintegration strategies for students returning to a peaceful classroom environment.
● Apply concepts through real-life examples and interactive discussion.
