Target:
Enhance teamwork, negotiation, and creative thinking skills among teachers from Sirwan to improve collaboration in educational settings. The goal is to empower teachers with practical skills for better communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in their interactions with students and colleagues.
Training Objectives:
The primary objectives of the Teamwork & Communication Training were to:
● Strengthen teamwork and collaboration among teachers and students.
● Develop negotiation and persuasion skills with 20 practical strategies.
● Promote creative problem-solving using SCAMPER and Six Hats models.
● Reinforce learning through hands-on teamwork and creativity exercises.
● Improve communication by fostering critical and empathetic thinking for better decision-making.
