Target:
Train teachers from Xwrmal on teamwork, negotiation, and creative thinking techniques to enhance collaboration among teachers and with students. The goal is to empower teachers with practical skills to improve the education process through better communication, creative problem- solving, and effective teamwork.
Training Objectives:
The Following is the List of Objectives that this training was aiming to achieve:
● Strengthen teamwork and collaboration skills among teachers and students.
● Develop negotiation and persuasion skills with practical application.
● Introduce creative thinking models such as Six Hats and SCAMPER.
● Reinforce teamwork and creativity through hands-on group activities.
● Foster critical, optimistic, and empathetic thinking for better decision-making.
