Target:
Train participants from Chamchamal on understanding and applying the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. The goal is to enhance participants' confidence and capability in using the BMC as a tool for future business ventures.
Training Objectives:
The Following is the List of Objectives that this training was aiming to achieve:
● Introduce the BMC framework as a tool for business modeling.
● Deepen understanding of the nine BMC components.
● Provide hands-on practice in developing and evaluating models.
● Foster collaboration and exchange of business ideas.
● Build confidence in applying the BMC for real-world planning.
